Job Description
Responsibilities:
\- Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility assistance\
- Perform light housekeeping: meal prep, laundry, general tidying\
- Record basic vitals and provide medication reminders as directed\
- Offer emotional support and companionship\
- Communicate observations and client needs to supervisors and family/providers\
- Follow individualized care plans and company safety/procedural guidelines\
Experience & Qualifications:
\- Valid HHA or CNA certification required\
- Minimum 1 year caregiving experience; geriatric experience preferred\
- High school diploma or GED\
- Must pass background check, drug screen, and provide TB test proof\
- Reliable transportation and valid Class D Driver\'s license required.

Typical Hours:
Short shifts, typically 1-4 hours (most HHAs see 2-4 clients per day). Shifts occur mornings and afternoons. Orientation and occasional office visits at Chelmsford admin office.\Pay:
