Job Description

Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to provide essential support and care to individuals in their homes. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by assisting with daily activities while ensuring their safety, comfort, and independence. We are currently hiring for all shifts, including days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and short shifts. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of empathy, patience, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Experience working with individuals living with dementia or cognitive decline is strongly preferred. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing Provide meal preparation and ensure nutritional needs are met Monitor and observe clients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals Help with mobility assistance, including heavy lifting when necessary Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties Offer companionship and engage clients in social activities to promote emotional and mental well-being Support clients with medication reminders and adherence to prescribed care plans Provide compassionate care and redirection for clients experiencing dementia or cognitive changes Skills & Qualifications Strong observation skills to recognize changes in clients' health status Experience in home health, group homes, nursing homes, or private caregiving preferred Experience caring for individuals with dementia, Alzheimer's disease, or cognitive decline strongly preferred Ability to perform lifting as required for client mobility support Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and their families Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Commitment to cleanliness and maintaining a safe, hygienic living environment Reliable, compassionate, and dependable Join our team as an In Home Caregiver, where your skills and compassion can make a meaningful difference in the lives of those you care for!
