Responsibilities include:
Assisting clients with personal care, bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Providing companionship and emotional support Assisting with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed Performing light housekeeping and homemaking duties Monitoring client safety and well-being Following individualized care plans Documenting services provided Traveling between client homes during scheduled shifts Qualifications Required:
Active Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification OR Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certification Valid driver's license Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel between clients Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable attendance and professional attitude Current TB test or chest x-ray Preferred:
