Home Health Aide:
Each shift brings a new opportunity to positively impact someone's life. On shift you may help a client with morning care—assisting with dressing, grooming, and medication reminders. You also might prepare a meal together, provide companionship, and assist with light housekeeping. Throughout your shift, you'll engage clients in meaningful activities, track daily goals, and ensure their comfort and well-being. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys one-on-one care, values flexibility, and wants to make a difference while working part-time hours!What You'll Do:
Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, mobility assistance, toileting) Assist with housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation Offer companionship and engage in recreational activities Monitor and report any health status changes to your manager Maintain daily service logs and documentationWhat You'll Need:
High School Diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities (preferred) CPR & First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days) Valid driver's license & ability to travel within Spencer, MA Basic computer skills for documentation & communication Availability to work o ne of the following schedules: Sunday- Tuesday, 9:00 AM
- 2:00 PM, or Sunday
- Tuesday, 2:00 PM
- 7:00
