Job Description
Per Diem | Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) Awake Overnight Shifts (11:00 PM
- 7:00 AM) Opportunities available in Taunton, Fall River, and Swansea, MA.
What You'll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll provide hands-on support to youth in residential programs and hospital settings. Overnight shifts require you to remain awake, attentive, and ready to respond to any needs that arise.Responsibilities include:
Ensuring a safe, structured, and supportive environment throughout the night Monitoring individuals and responding appropriately to behaviors or needs Supporting routines, including overnight and early morning transitions Providing one-on-one supervision in hospital settings to ensure patient safety Maintaining accurate documentation as requiredHospital Shift Opportunities & Expectations:
In addition to residential roles, we offer hospital sitting shifts, including overnight hours. These assignments require full attention and strict adherence to facility policies. Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience in Direct Care or Human Services, or in roles like CNA, Residential Counselor, HHA, Mental Health Worker, Caregiver, PCA, or similar. CPR and First Aid Certification. Reliable transportation. High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as the role requires. Arbor Associates is more than a Human Services staffing firm.
