Gwynn Oak, MD 21207 Responsibilities Monitor residents' safety and well-being throughout the overnight shift and respond promptly to their needs. Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility assistance. Observe and document residents' conditions, behaviors, and other relevant information to support health and safety. Assist with medication administration in accordance with prescribed protocols and safety procedures. Implement appropriate behavior-support strategies for individuals with dementia or behavioral challenges while maintaining a calm and supportive environment. Maintain cleanliness of the living environment through light housekeeping and proper sanitation practices. Respect residents' rights, dignity, privacy, and individual preferences at all times. Requirements DDA Core Training CPR Certification Bloodborne Pathogens Training Mandt Training CMT (Certified Medication Technician) Valid Driver's License Why Join Us?
