Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday, 9 AM - 4 PM. Please ensure you have a fully insured, reliable car. Gas stipend available. Benefits/Perks Career-Enhancing Training Competitive Compensation Employee referral bonus 401(k) Match Job Summary We're seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to care for our wonderful individuals with developmental disabilities and enhance their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist with personal hygiene needs and dressing Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises Promote independence in daily activities, such as work, learning, and leisure. Facilitate the individual's inclusion in the community's experiences and activities. Maintaining knowledge of the individual's requirements. Comply with the Agency's policies and procedures. Maintaining documentation in compliance with the Agency's procedures Additional duties upon request Qualifications Previous experience in a DSP or similar role. High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent CPR and first aid certification. Completion of the provided Agency training Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and valid vehicle insurance as specified by the MD Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand proactively and physically support the individual Capable of using a smartphone.
