Creed Medical is looking for compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSP). In this pivotal role, you will provide hands-on support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, assisting them with daily living activities, fostering independence, and promoting community engagement. As a DSP at Creed Medical, you will play an essential role in enhancing the lives of those you serve by offering personalized care and encouragement. This position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact while working in a supportive and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Assist individuals with personal care tasks, meal preparation, and household duties. Support clients in accessing community resources and participating in social activities. Implement individualized care plans, documenting progress and reporting any changes. Provide emotional support and encouragement, building trusting relationships. Maintain safety standards and a clean living environment for clients. Collaborate with families and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in direct care is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate approach with patience and a desire to help others. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for community outings. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. CPR and First Aid certification preferred or ability to obtain after hire. Benefits Flexible Schedule. Pay rate $18- $20 per hour
