Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide exceptional in-home care to clients across diverse settings. In this vital role, you will assist individuals with daily activities, monitor their health status, and support their overall well-being. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help promote independence, comfort, and safety for those in need of personalized care. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of clients while working within a supportive team environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support using tools like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor and record vital signs such as blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration to ensure health stability Provide medication reminders and assist with medication administration following medical documentation protocols and HIPAA regulations Support clients with specialized care needs such as Alzheimer's disease, dementia, memory care, hospice care, and working with individuals with developmental disabilities or disabilities. Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe living environment aligned with home & community care standards Assist with medical procedures such as catheter care or other treatments under the supervision of healthcare professionals when required Use proper techniques for patient observation to identify changes in condition or behavior that may require escalation or medical attention Experience Prior experience in home health care or senior care is highly preferred Demonstrated ability to work with individuals with disabilities or chronic conditions such as Alzheimer's or dementia Experience in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is advantageous Familiarity with medical terminology and medical documentation practices is essential Certification in CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation)CMT (Certified Medication Techician) is required; additional certifications such as hospice care or medication administration are a plus Proven ability to work independently while following safety protocols and maintaining patient confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines Join us if you're passionate about providing compassionate home & community care! Pay:
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
