7:00 AM

• 9:00 PM 3:00 PM
• 11:00 PM Evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Upper Bay Counseling & Support Services (UBCSS) is seeking a PRN Residential Behavioral Assistant to join our Sunrise Residential Rehabilitation Program.

What You'll Do:

Monitor residential homes daily for safety and cleanliness Support residents with hygiene and daily living skills Assist with meal planning and meal preparation Help coordinate recreational, social, and community outings Transport residents to appointments and community activities using agency vehicles Some travel may include highway driving and varying distances Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with team members Support a safe, respectful, and recovery-focused environment

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 1 year of experience in mental health or human services Associate degree or higher preferred High school diploma with relevant experience will be considered Valid driver's license and good driving record required Strong interpersonal skills and emotional maturity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to stay organized, multitask, and work well under pressure Basic computer literacy required
