About Lifelong Support, Inc. Lifelong Support, Inc. is a Maryland DDA provider dedicated to helping individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve greater independence and live meaningful lives within their communities. Through compassionate, person-centered care, we support individuals and families across Central, Southern, and Western Maryland. Position Summary Lifelong Support is seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals to provide individualized support services throughout Western Maryland. The DSP will help individuals build skills, access their communities, achieve personal goals, and live as independently as possible. Responsibilities Support individuals in community and home settings Assist with daily living activities and personal goals Facilitate community engagement and inclusion Provide transportation and community access supports Maintain accurate service records Follow all applicable regulations and company policies Communicate effectively with support teams and families
