Direct Support Professional (Group Home)

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using equipment like Hoyer lifts when necessary Monitor residents' health by taking vital signs, observing patient conditions, and reporting changes to healthcare professionals promptly Prepare nutritious meals Support medication administration Maintain a clean and safe environment Driving individuals to appointment and activities. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and families Certifications such as CPR, CMT, First Aid, HIPAA compliance training are advantageous Experience in home health or long-term care settings demonstrates readiness for this role Join a team that pays weekly and provides you opportunities for growth.
