Community Support Services, Inc. (CSS) is a non-profit organization based in Gaithersburg, MD. CSS is committed to providing inclusive and innovative community-based services to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in their pursuit of individually chosen life goals to live, work, learn, interact with others, and recreate in their community. We are seeking employees that are passionate and caring to provide direct support to adults and children with intellectual developmental disabilities. Paid on the job training provided! If you are passionate about helping individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities, this may be the position for you. Community Support Services (CSS) caters to the upper Montgomery County area. We are seeking dedicated, caring employees to support individuals with autism in learning skills to allow them to live more independently in addition to providing some selfcare. You will work closely with nurses and psychologists to implement plans to teach individuals more independence and safe ways to achieve their goals.
