Therapist Assistant Maryland Addiction Recovery Center - 3.3 Towson, MD Job Details Full-time $16.50 - $21.00 an hour 13 hours ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Maryland Addiction Recovery Center (MARC), the leader in comprehensive dual diagnosis addiction treatment in the Mid Atlantic area, is looking to hire Therapist Assistants (TA) for their Community Living Treatment program. A day in the life of a Therapist Assistant (TA) - Play an integral part in a patient's treatment experience by providing support to them during a challenging period of time for them and their families Support patients throughout their treatment process by teaching life skills, personal development, good hygiene habits, etc. Engage in dialogue with a collaborative team of staff to ensure we are providing exceptional patient care Identify the immediate needs of each patient on an individualized level of care Transport patients on company vehicles - weekly grocery shopping trips, volunteering events, evening transportation to fellowship meetings, to and from MARC clinical office during daytime weekday hours, etc. Implement clinical directives passed on by the clinical team and coordinate care by identifying the immediate needs of each patient on an individualized level of care What opportunities do you have? This position is staffed twenty four hours a day, seven days a week.
