Serenity Estate Home Care | Waldorf, MD Immediate Weekend Openings | Saturday & Sunday Serenity Estate Home Care is currently hiring dependable, compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Certified Medication Technicians (CMTs) to join our Weekend Warrior Program at one of our partner senior living communities in Waldorf, Maryland . We are looking for caregivers who are active, professional, caring, respectful, and comfortable working independently. Most importantly, we are looking for team members who are dependable and committed to their scheduled weekend shifts . Available Weekend Shifts Saturday & Sunday 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Immediate availability is preferred. Pay Based on Experience 0-3 years of experience: $18.00/hour 3-6 years of experience: $19.00/hour 6+ years of experience: $20.00/hour Responsibilities Depending on the assigned client's individualized Plan of Care, responsibilities may include: Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care Providing toileting and incontinence assistance Assisting with mobility and transfers Preparing meals and assisting with feeding when needed Providing companionship and meaningful engagement Encouraging appropriate activities and socialization Performing light housekeeping related to the client's care Observing and reporting changes in the client's condition Providing medication-related assistance when authorized and appropriately certified Maintaining professional communication with SEHC and community staff What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and punctual Compassionate, patient, and respectful Active and able to remain engaged throughout the shift Comfortable working independently Able to follow an individualized Plan of Care Professional when interacting with clients, families, and community staff Able to commit consistently to Saturday and Sunday shifts Experienced working with older adults Qualifications Current Maryland HHA, CNA, and/or CMT credentials, as applicable Current CPR/First Aid certification Valid government-issued identification Social Security card or appropriate employment authorization documentation Ability to successfully complete SEHC's onboarding requirements Reliable transportation to Waldorf, MD Why Join Serenity Estate Home Care?
