Provide toileting and incontinence care. Assist with mobility, walking, positioning, and transfers. Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs). Provide medication reminders as directed by the client's plan of care. Observe and report changes in the client's condition. Companionship Provide friendly and meaningful companionship. Engage clients in conversation and appropriate activities. Provide emotional and social support. Accompany clients on errands, walks, activities, or appointments when assigned. Provide supervision and reassurance as needed. Light Housekeeping & Household Support Perform light housekeeping and general tidying. Wash dishes and clean kitchen areas after use.
