Work First is seeking kind, compassionate individuals to support adults with intellectual disabilities as they explore their interests and engage fully in their communities. This role focuses on helping people build meaningful connections through community activities, volunteer opportunities, fitness programs, job exploration, and other inclusive experiences. We're looking for energetic, motivated people ready to step into the role of Direct Support Professional (DSP) and champion community inclusion. As a DSP, you'll empower individuals to pursue their goals, develop independence, and live their best lives.
