Where You'll Work Primary Location:
Jay, Maine Serve individuals in a supportive residential setting in the Jay community. All mandatory trainings take place in Androscoggin County. Must be willing to travel and have reliable transportation. What You'll Do as a DSP You'll support adults with: Daily living skills Community involvement Building independence Safe, meaningful daily routines Personal growth and empowerment If you are compassionate, patient, and reliable, you will thrive here. What We're Looking For 18 years or older High school diploma or GED Able to pass a criminal background check Ability to attend ALL mandatory trainingsstaff meetings Reliable transportation Positive attitude, compassion, and professionalism What We Offer $18
  • 22/hr , depending on experience Extra hourly pay for: Satisfactory driver's license Active CRMA Paid training at regular rate 403(b) Retirement Plan PTO after 120 days Cellular phone discount Wellness Program On-Demand Pay option Shift Availability Part-Time
