Join us at our location in Westbrook where each person we serve will be participating in a wide array of activities and endeavors each day, whether it be a community activity or one of many undertakings in the 7000 square foot vibrant space itself. You must be willing to enter the world of another person and help them to discover their choices and have their choices honored. You must be creative, independent, and have a distinct willingness to work directly with people. We look at the person, not the paper. We are here to honor the choices of those we work with/for and we acknowledge and respect that it is their funding, their choices, and their time and we should act accordingly. Presently, we are seeking people to work with adults in a community support program offering lifestyle choices on a daily basis. Typical hours are 9am-2pm Monday-Friday. Work one day or work five or anything in between, whatever fits your schedule. Common sense and a sense of comradeship with those you work with for are a necessity. Many additional hours available in home support or children's services. Breakdown of pay rate based on days worked in the program: 1-2 days $17.00/hour 3-4 days $18.50/hour 5 days $20.00/hour
