Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide medication reminders and monitor clients' health and wellbeing. Support clients with mobility and transfer assistance as needed. Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment in clients' homes. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care. Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to supervisors. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related healthcare setting is a plus. Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately. Valid driver's license or reliable transportation preferred. Ability to pass background check.
