Job Description
University Home Care Inc is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide to provide quality in-home care to our clients in Detroit and surrounding areas of MI. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene. Help with mobility and transferring clients as needed. Monitor clients' health and report any changes or concerns to medical staff or family members. Provide companionship and support to enhance clients' emotional well-being. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client progress. Requirements Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a related care-giving role preferred. Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families. Basic knowledge of personal care techniques and safety protocols. Certification as a Home Health Aide is a plus. Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings. Reliable transportation to and from client locations in Detroit, MI.
