Pay:

Starting at $18.00 per hour Intentional Care LLC is looking for compassionate and dependable caregivers to join our growing team. As a Personal Care Attendant (Caregiver), you'll provide one-on-one, non-medical care to clients in their homes throughout Detroit and the Metro Detroit area. Our goal is to help clients remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes while receiving high-quality, respectful care. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Prepare meals based on the client's dietary needs and preferences. Perform light housekeeping, including laundry and maintaining a clean, safe living environment. Assist with mobility and transfers as needed. Set up medications and provide medication reminders (no medication administration). Observe and report changes in a client's condition or overall well-being to the appropriate supervisor. Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner. Maintain client confidentiality and provide care with compassion, dignity, and professionalism. Qualifications Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required. Reliable transportation is required. Ability to pass a criminal background check. Authorized to work in the United States. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently. CPR, First Aid, CNA, HHA, Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Care Manager (CCM), or related healthcare experience is a plus but not required. Join our team to make a positive impact every day!
