Job Description
Join University Home Care Inc as a Home Health Aide in Farmington Hills, MI. In this role, you will provide compassionate and professional in-home care to clients, assisting with daily living activities and promoting their independence and well-being. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with mobility and transferring clients safely. Monitor and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition to the nursing staff. Provide light housekeeping duties, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Support clients with exercises and daily routines as directed by healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and client progress. Requirements Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or in a similar caregiving role is a plus. Compassionate, patient, and reliable with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to follow care plans and instructions carefully. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
