Role:

As a Resident Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. This is a full-time position, with daily pay options available. You will work 8-hour shifts, with comfortable staffing ratios and a supportive management team.

Responsibilities:

Provide resident care services, including assisting with daily living activities, medication management, and personal care Monitor and document resident vital signs, behavior, and overall well-being Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control protocols and safety procedures Engage with residents through activities, conversation, and other forms of interaction Participate in training and educational programs to enhance skills and knowledge
