Duties Assist patients with daily activities Meal Prep Mobility Personal hygiene, and basic needs. Home Maker Errand Services Light house keeping 24/7 Care Medication Reminders Transfers Utilize electronic systems to clock in and out Help prepare patients for examinations and procedures while maintaining a safe and comfortable environment. Lift and transport patients as necessary, adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication regarding patient care. Demonstrate knowledge of behavioral health principles when interacting with patients. Skills Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathy and compassion. Experience in a medical office or clinical setting is preferred. Familiarity with Cerner or other electronic medical record systems is advantageous. Understanding of physiology and basic medical terminology. Ability to work efficiently Capability to lift patients safely while following proper techniques. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
