Home Health Aide Aiding Hearts LLC Lansing, MI Job Details Part-time | Full-time $17.13 an hour 2 days ago Qualifications Driver's License Full Job Description Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aides to provide exceptional in-home care to clients across various settings. This role is vital in supporting individuals with diverse needs, including seniors, those with disabilities, and patients requiring specialized care such as memory or hospice care. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient well-being, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality. Duties Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Support patients with dementia, Alzheimer's, or other memory-related conditions through specialized care techniques. Help patients with meal preparation and feeding. Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment. Document all patient interactions and medical information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. Experience Prior experience in home health or community care environments preferred. Experience working with seniors, individuals with developmental disabilities, or long-term care residents is advantageous.
