In-Home Caregiver / Personal Care Aide - Lathrup Village, MI Now Hiring Compassionate Caregivers CareOne Senior Care is currently seeking dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical care for seniors and adults in the Lathrup Village area. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping others remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Position Summary As an In-Home Caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities while providing companionship, safety supervision, and support tailored to each client's needs. Caregivers play an important role in improving quality of life and helping clients maintain their independence. Responsibilities Assist with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed Perform light housekeeping and laundry Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Provide medication reminders Accompany clients to appointments and errands as authorized Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment Observe and report changes in client condition to the office Schedule Options We offer flexible scheduling, including: Full-Time Opportunities Part-Time Opportunities Day Shifts Evening Shifts Overnight Shifts Weekend Shifts Live-In Opportunities Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay ranging from $14.00-$17.00 per hour Higher pay available for specialty care cases Weekly pay Next-day pay options available Flexible scheduling Referral bonus opportunities Paid training and continuing education Consistent client assignments when available Supportive office team Mileage reimbursement for approved client transportation Supplemental benefits including dental, vision, disability, hospitalization, and life insurance options Employee discount and financial wellness programs Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, professional, and compassionate attitude Ability to assist with physical caregiving tasks as needed Ability to pass a background screening TB test required prior to employment Why Join CareOne Senior Care?
