This role is essential in helping individuals maintain their independence and improve their quality of life through personalized care and attention. Responsibilities Assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with mobility and transfer assistance safely and effectively. Monitor and report any changes in clients' health or behavior to supervisors. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients. Follow care plans and instructions from healthcare professionals. Requirements Prior experience in caregiving or similar roles is a plus but not required.
