Evening, overnight, weekend, full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts available New Heights Service Solutions is hiring dependable Direct Support Professionals to support adults with diverse needs in home and community-based settings. DSPs assist individuals with daily living skills, community involvement, safety, independence, and quality of life. Responsibilities:
Support individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and community activities Encourage independence, decision-making, and participation in daily routines Provide medication reminders and follow support plans as directed Maintain a safe, clean, respectful, and supportive home environment Complete accurate daily documentation, progress notes, and incident reports as required Communicate professionally with supervisors, team members, families, and support coordinators Support individuals with appointments, transportation, shopping, outings, and community involvement Follow Recipient Rights, confidentiality, health and safety, and company policies Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance Must pass required background checks Must be dependable, professional, patient, and respectful Ability to complete required documentation and training Experience working with individuals with disabilities, mental health needs, or direct care is preferred but not required Preferred:
Two or more years of direct care/DSP experience CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain OCHN Recipient Rights training or willingness to complete Experience with community living supports, residential care, or home and community-based services New Heights Service Solutions is looking for reliable team members who take pride in providing respectful, person-centered support.
