POSITION SUMMARY
Starting Pay:
$16.00 per hour | Weekly Pay | One-on-One Home Care No experience required — paid training provided. Health insurance, PTO, 401(k), and referral bonuses available. Work one-on-one with a client in their home — not a facility. Enjoy consistent 8-hour shifts with one client at a time while making a meaningful difference every day. Now hiring in the Ubly area. - Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Support mobility, safety, and independence
- Provide companionship and meaningful engagement
- Transport clients to appointments and community activities when needed
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Assist with medication reminders and routine care needs
- Help clients maintain independence and quality of life Requirements
- Experience preferred but not required
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable providing hands-on care
- Valid driver's license preferred We will train the right person—reliability and compassion matter most.
