Job Description
We are looking for a personal care assistant to support our residents with their everyday lives on a part time schedule.
Some responsibilities include:
Responsibilities Must be comfortable providing hands-on personal and bodily care to residents, including toileting assistance, brief/diaper changes, bathing, showering, hygiene support, grooming, dressing, repositioning, transfer, and other activities of daily living (ADLs). Assist clients with administration of medications. Meal preparation and feeding, when required. Record and report changes in the client's physical condition, behavior or appearance to supervisor or Case Coordinator. Documenting services delivered in accordance with Golden Path Home Care policies and procedures. Shifts Include (10am-8pm)- Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday (7am
