Join Northeastern Home Group Northeastern Home Group LLC is a licensed Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) provider serving individuals throughout Minnesota. We are currently seeking dependable, caring, and compassionate Homemakers to support individuals in maintaining safe, healthy, and independent lives in their homes and communities. No experience is required. Training is provided for qualified candidates. Responsibilities Assist with housekeeping, cleaning, and household organization Complete laundry and linen changes Assist with meal planning and meal preparation Support grocery shopping and errands Promote a safe and healthy living environment Provide companionship and positive social interaction Assist individuals in maintaining independence in their homes Complete required service documentation accurately and timely Follow individual support plans and company policies Qualifications Compassionate and dependable Ability to work independently Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation preferred Valid driver's license preferred Must pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study Must be authorized to work in the United States Benefits Flexible scheduling Competitive pay ($20-$22 per hour) Paid training Supportive team environment Opportunities for advancement Meaningful work that makes a difference About Northeastern Home Group Northeastern Home Group is committed to helping individuals remain safe, independent, and active in their communities through person-centered support services.
