Home Health Aide - Overnight Shift Respect | Resilience | Integrity Kingsway Senior Living is Belle Plaine is seeking an overnight Home Health Aide to join our team! We are looking for individuals who care and truly want to make a difference in our residents' lives.
- Previous experience in a skilled nursing home or assisted living community is preferred
- Home Health Aides are eligible for a sign on bonus up to $1,000 depending on hours/shift selected!
- Shifts: Full Time
10:00 pm - 6:00 am
E/O Weekend Required w/holiday rotation
Pay:
$15.61/hr
- $19.
64/hr (Starting pay based on relevant experience
Evening & Overnight Shift Differentials ($1/hour every shift)
Weekend Shift Differential ($1/hour for all shifts Responsibilities and duties: Assisting residents with activities of daily living
Assisting residents with all personal and dental hygiene
Preparing for and assisting residents with meal times
Medication administration
Interaction/activities with residents
General clean up and laundry Qualifications and skills: Compassionate, patient, and friendly demeanor
Genuine interest in working with and caring for the elderly
Ability to build positive relationships with residents and their families
Excellent communication skills
Good team player
