NO Mandating) : Part-time @ 24.75hr/wk - the following is the intended schedule: Schedule A (24.75 hr/wk, CLOQUET): Wed 11a-2p, Thurs 11:30a-9:15p, Sat 8:30a-2:30p, Sun 8:30a-2:30p •Weekend staff wage starts at $19/hr + $1/hr differential for job coaching shifts Other hours available to increase weekly hours if desired, depending on applicant strengths, needs, availability, and area(s) able work such as Esko or Moose Lake Make a Difference in Someone's Life — and Love Your Job While Doing It! Your work is all 1:1. You will empower individuals in their homes, in the community, and at their place of employment to learn life skills, gain confidence in the community, and achieve success at work, helping them to reach their personal goals, live with more independence, and engage fully in life. Micromanaging What You'll Do:
As a DSP with TLC, you'll support others build daily independent living skills such as: Cooking, shopping, and cleaning Time and money management Navigating community resources Building social connectedness and refine communication skills Encouraging self-advocacy and independence TLC DSP's that job coach support others at work by: Fostering a work-ready mindset Assisting in consistent, timely arrival Reinforcing the employer's task and position expectations Supporting positive and appropriate communications with peers & customers Navigating the impact of employment on unearned benefits Encouraging self-advocacy and independence You'll be part of a mission-driven team that values trust, compassion, and growth.

Requirements:
Driver's license Ability to pass MVR check Ability to pass the DHS NetStudy 2.0 background check Ability to work independently, yet warmly receive direction. Make independent decisions based upon standard policies and procedures, as well as use personal judgment in-step with TLC's core values in day-to-day activities. HS Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred:
(1) year experience in a DSP, human services, teaching/education, nursing.
