Schedule:
Includes every other weekend and every other holidayPay Range:
$19.10- $25.91 per hour (based on experience)

The Difference You'll Make We are looking to add two compassionate and dependable Part-Time Home Health Aides to support residents in our Assisted Living and Memory Care. You'll help maintain our resident's comfort, dignity, and independence. In this role, you will assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility, while providing attentive companionship and engagement. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate documentation, safely administer medications in accordance with training, and promptly observe and report any changes in residents' conditions. Working collaboratively with nurses and the care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care.- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers)
- Administer medications per training and policy
- Complete accurate, timely documentation in the electronic charting system
- Observe and report physical or behavioral changes to nursing staff
- Provide companionship and support with daily engagement activities
- Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support resident care plans Minimum Qualifications
- 6+ months of caregiving experience in senior care facility setting.
- Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment within scope of
- practice
- Strong reliability and dependability with consistent attendance and accountability
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to document care accurately and timely in required systems
- Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate with nurses and care team members
- Ability to follow care plans, supervisor direction, and established policies and procedures
- Ability to safely lift, move, and transfer residents in accordance with training and safety guidelines
- Must be at least 18 years old Education Preferred
- HHA or CNA certification in the State of Minnesota Rewards That Support You
