Advantage PCA & Senior Care is a locally owned and operated home care provider serving individuals and families throughout the Cromwell Area. We deliver personalized in-home support to children, adults, and seniors, helping clients maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life in their own homes. We are currently hiring for a part-time position in Cromwell with a consistent schedule of Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. We are seeking reliable, caring individuals who are passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in their community. You'll provide one-on-one support that helps clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes. Depending on each client's individualized needs, your day may include assisting with personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, companionship, and/or behavioral support and redirection. You'll build meaningful relationships while maintaining client confidentiality and communicating any changes or concerns to the care team.
