Staff are required to assist with medication administration and other therapies or medical treatments. This is a small residential home that has 2 residents. Positions available include overnights for sleep support staff on a rotating two-week schedule. This includes every other weekend. Summary As an overnight Sleep Support Staff/Direct Support Professional, you are essential in providing compassionate care and support to individuals in various settings, including group homes. Reporting to the Program Coordinator, your core responsibilities will include assisting with daily living activities, client observation, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. You will be able to sleep through much of your shift but be on site to provide supports if needed. No experience needed; we will train you! The schedule is rotating so you will always know when you work. Hours are 10pm-9am Monday-Friday and 10pm-8am on weekends. Responsibilities Provide compassionate care and support to residents in a group home setting during overnight shifts. Assist with activities of daily living Monitor residents' health and safety, conducting patient observations as needed. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a high standard of care and support for all residents.
