Blue Sky, Inc. is seeking a compassionate and reliable part time Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Job Caoch to join our team in the Detroit Lakes Area. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities in a person-centered environment, helping them live independently and participate in their community. Responsibilities Provide direct care, supervision, and support to individuals served Assist with daily living activities, including personal care as needed Administer medications and treatments as trained and directed Follow individualized support plans (CSSP, IAPP, SMA, etc.) Accurately complete daily documentation and reports Support participation in community and social activities Ensure a safe and respectful environment at all times Transport individuals as needed Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Follow all company policies and 245D regulations Qualifications Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism Valid driver's license Previous experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Competitive pay Flexible scheduling Supportive team environment Meaningful work with opportunities to make a difference Work Environment This position may include working in residential or community-based settings and requires assisting individuals with varying support needs.
