Flexible; may include mornings, evenings, and weekends Position Summary Blue Sky Inc. is seeking a reliable and compassionate Part-Time Homemaker to support individuals in their homes in the Lake Park, MN area. This role focuses on helping clients maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment while providing light personal support and companionship. Key Responsibilities Perform light housekeeping (cleaning, organizing, laundry) Assist with meal preparation Help with grocery shopping and errands Support with arranging transportation Maintain a safe and healthy home environment Provide companionship and general support to client Complete other duties as assigned by the supervisor Work Environment Work takes place in client homes and community settings May involve exposure to pets, cleaning supplies, and varying home conditions Requires flexibility due to changing schedules and client needs Some interaction with individuals who may be upset or need extra support Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Ability to lift and assist with up to 50 lbs. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions Qualifications Must be dependable and able to work independently Valid driver's license Reliable Transportation Preferred Ability to communicate effectively and follow instructions Prior caregiving or housekeeping experience is a plus, but not required Why Join Us?
