Shifts available:

Awake overnights $18.25/hr + $1 hour for overnight differential Sleep overnights

• 7 on/7 off Wednesday
• Tuesday. 10:00 PM
• 6:00 AM (sleep shift paid $11.41/hr) + 6:00 AM
• 8:00 AM (awake shift paid $18.

25/hour while awake) MIdday shifts part-time 11a-7pm DRCC Oak is a welcoming, supportive home to two individuals who are autistic. Most days are calm and easy-going; some are more active. Either way, this program calls for a DSP who's patient, steady, and doesn't get thrown off easily. Build trusting, respectful relationships with the individuals you support. Keep people safe and healthy while encouraging independence. Help individuals with their personal care routines and assist them in getting ready for the day. Engage in

Support and Supervision:

Provide assistance with personal care, help with household tasks, and ensure safety throughout the day.

End-of-Day Routines:

Help individuals wind down in the evening, assist with bedtime routines.

Patient, flexible, and dependable individuals. Passionate about helping others succeed. 18+ years old (driver's license requred). Able to pass a background check.
