Job Description
We are seeking a Store Manager/Direct Support Professional for Full-Time 30+ hours per week position to join our team to improve the lives of people with disabilities. Mon - Fri day shifts. Position Details At Heartland Industries- a Store Manager and DSP must be dependable, flexible, and self-sufficient, while also demonstrating compassion, patience and genuine care for others. Strong communication and people skills are essential to creating a supportive, respectful and positive environment.
Requirements:
Must be 21 or older and have a Driver's License/No driving violations in the past 3 years. Must be able to pass a background check. All required training will be provided.Benefits:

Manage day to day store operations Oversee daily operations, staff, clients, customer service, inventory, donations, merchandising Working alongside persons with disabilities to ensure job standards are met Document client information - daily progress notes, program goal charting, communication notes, and other information as needed. Safely transport clients as needed.Education:
