Job Description
Flexible schedule available to work with a 23-year-old with an Autism and behaviors surrounding non-preferred activities. Willing to train the right person. Provides assistance to client in the areas of self-help, language development, management of challenging behaviors, community living, safety, and social skills. Ensures that client routine daily tasks are completed as necessary. Is punctual for all scheduled shifts, completes all scheduled shifts, and effectively manages time. Experience with challenging behaviors and communication defecits, and working with individuals with intellectual disabilities. Previous behavioral support support or experience with de-escalation and management strategies. A confident easy going personality is an ideal fit with this person. 7:00 am start time preferred with flexibility for highly qualified candidate. Background Check Required.
