We are seeking Direct Support Professionals for Full-Time 30+ hours per week position to join our team to improve the lives of people with disabilities. Position Details:
At Heartland Industries- Direct Support Professional must be caring, compassionate, flexible, and have great people skills to support individuals with disabilities by modeling behaviors to help them gain skills and maintain employment.Requirements:
Must be 21 or older and have a Driver's License/No driving violations in the past 3 years. Must be able to pass a background check. All required training will be provided.Benefits:

Train and assist clients in independent services so they can remain successfully in their homes and community. Interact with and lead the clients by modeling appropriate behavior and maintaining normalization principles. Document all client information - daily progress notes, program goal charting, communication notes, and other information as needed. Safely transport clients as needed.
