Job Description Our Direct Support Professionals are responsible for providing direct support, positive direction, and assistance in activities of daily living both in our residential homes and their surrounding communities to individuals with Prader-Willi Syndrome. Delivery of services and supports are focused on Person-Centered Planning to promote a positive self-image, successful behavior management, personal health, and overall wellness of our individuals. This is a great opportunity for people seeking to begin or enhance a career in health and human services. We pride ourselves on flexible and dynamic staffing to find the best fit for our Direct Support Professionals to support both career development and lifestyle goals. We know first-hand, that to provide the best support, you need support too. Current Openings Applicants wanting full-time should be open and interested in awake overnight shifts from 9:00 pm-9:00 am. Applicants wanting part-time hours with weekend availability, we have asleep overnight shifts available and include 8 hours of asleep pay at the minimum wage rate of $10.60/hr. As Direct Support Professionals, we provide support services to people who are committed to personal growth, thus their lives are always changing.
