What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you will: Support individuals in work, recreation, and daily living activities Encourage personal growth and help participants achieve their goals Provide guidance and assistance both on-site and in the community Help create a safe, engaging, and positive daily experience No two days are the same—this role is dynamic, hands-on, and deeply impactful.
