Job Overview Start your career in caregiving as an entry-level Personal Care Attendant (PCA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) at Enrogel Health. This role is essential in providing exceptional care and companionship to our residents while ensuring they enjoy a high quality of life.
Pay Range:
$33,280-$37,440 annually ($16.00-$18.00 per hour, based on experience). Responsibilities Assist residents with personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and daily activities. Monitor and document residents' health, reporting changes to supervisors. Prepare meals and support nutritional needs. Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote engagement. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment. Administer medications (training provided). Provide mobility support, including transfers and range-of-motion exercises. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent. No prior experience required—training will be provided! Completion of PCA or HHA training (or willingness to complete). Strong communication skills and a caring, patient demeanor. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform caregiving tasks. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.
