Direct Support Professional/caregiver

Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Cleaning Observe client overall health status to ensure safety and well-being. Give medication reminders Prepare nutritious meals Maintain documentation of care provided, patient progress, and any incidents in accordance with agency policies. Support clients during outings or community activities to foster social engagement and independence. Skills Knowledge of dementia care, Alzheimer's care, and memory care is helpful Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and families. Pay:
