Full Time & Part Time Day & Nights Location:

Palmyra, MO or Hannibal, MO Weekend & Holiday Rotation Required. Starting Pay $17.50 Yearly Performance-Based Raises Jackson Group Home LLC is hiring a Direct Support Professional to support adults with developmental disabilities in an ISL setting. This role focuses on creating a safe, engaging, and respectful home environment while helping individuals live as independently as possible.

The Role:

Support individuals with daily living skills and routines Assist with meals, hygiene, and household tasks Transport individuals to appointments and community outings Engage individuals in activities, games, and hobbies Maintain a clean and organized home environment Complete required daily documentation Requirements High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License (preferred, not required) or State ID Reliable Transportation if no Driver's License Pass Background Check Level 1 Med Aide Certification (paid training and testing provided by our nursing staff) CPR/First Aid Certification (paid training and testing provided by our nursing staff) Dependable attendance and strong communication skills Ability to lift and assist with individuals We are looking for candidates who enjoy working with people, building meaningful connections and making a real impact in someone's daily life.
