Job Description
Assist and make a meaningful difference in the life of an individual requiring support with daily activities and personal care. This role offers an opportunity to provide dedicated, respectful, and personalized assistance, safety, and well-being. Working in a home setting, you will be the trusted caregiver ensuring comfort and dignity for the client. Responsibilities Assist one client with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support Maintain a clean and safe environment by performing very light cleaning duties, i.e mealtime dishes Use wheelchairs and lifts to safely transfer the client Accurate documentation of daily activities and routine Requirements Prior experience in relevant jobs is preferred but not required Certifications such as First Aid and CPR are required Can handle physical requirements of the job i.e pushing wheelchair, and some lifting required Familiar and open to working with an individual with a developmental disability Compassionate attitude combined with a proactive approach to providing exceptional patient-centered care
