About us A Fresh Beginning is seeking compassionate, self-motivated staff to work with individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. Duties include (but not limited to) medication administration, documentation, transportation, assisting with goals and outcomes. Participation in community outings such as Special Olympics, picnics or going to the park. Applicants must be able to pass a background check,. You must have a vehicle, a MO driver's license, proof of auto insurance, and a high school diploma or equivalent, if you don't have either of these we can help with an alternative. L1MA and CPR certification helpful but not required. Agency will provide all necessary training. Day shifts are not available, although you may be asked or scheduled for a shift other than the one you are hired for. Being flexible is a must.
